HTC Introduces Desire 816 and Desire 610
HTC unveiled its 2 new smartphones Desire 816 and Desire 610 at the MWC2014, the Desire 816 phablet would be heading the midrange sector while Desire 610 addressing the smartphone sector.
HTC Desire 816
Going into the specifications HTC Desire 816 looks more like the HTC Flagship HTC One and has a 5.5” 720X1280 display, a quadcore 1.6 Ghz processor on Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Chipset and Adreno 305 GPU, 1.5 GB RAM, and has 8 GB internal memory, expandable memory via microSD upto 64GB, 13MP Primary Camera and 5MP Front Camera for more crisper selfies, connectivity through Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, Wifi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, GSM, WCDMA, 4G LTE., Sense 5.5 UI and a 2600mAh battery.
The Desire 816 comes in a range of colors for choice of black, white, dark blue, grey, orange and mild green and is expected to reach the stores by mid April.
HTC Desire 610
The Desire 610 smartphone comes with a 4.7” QHD Display, Quad Core 1.2GHz Kirat processor on Snapdragon 400 Chipset, 1 GB RAM, 8GB Internal memory, external memory via MicroSD up to 64GB, 8MP Primary camera, 1.3MP Front Camera, connectivity through Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, Wifi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, GSM, WCDMA, 4G LTE., Sense UI and a 2040mAh battery. While the Desire610 runs on Android 4.3 Jelly bean.
The Desire 610 is expected to reach the markets by around May.
